2017
AIC Engineering LTD has received multiple honors, including being recognized as a High-tech Enterprise in Shenzhen, a National High-tech Enterprise, and an Innovative Technology Enterprise in Shenzhen.
2016
AIC Engineering LTD has obtained ISO14001 certification, enhancing its quality control capabilities.
2015
AIC Engineering LTD has obtained TS16949 certification, marking a steady increase in the company's capabilities.
2013
With the continued rapid growth of AIC business, there was an urgent need to further spin off and optimize its various operations. A partial spin-off was completed this year, with plans to gradually integrate these operations into Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. (now a listed company) over the coming years. Meanwhile, the industrial magnetic materials business has begun operating independently through a newly established entity, AIC Engineering Ltd., which was formally registered in Hong Kong this year. With these milestones achieved, the Group has successfully completed its transformation and is poised for soaring growth.

Established a production unit for magnetic sensors and magnetic components

AIC has obtained ISO 9001 certification, marking a significant step up to a new level.
2009
The founder of Millennium Magnetics Ltd has retired, and the company's operations have merged with AIC Magnetics Ltd.
2002
Millennium established its U.S. subsidiary and began expanding into the North American market.

Established the Shanghai branch
2001
Founder Mr. Sonny Lau formally invested in Guangzhou Xinlaifu Magneto-Electric Co., Ltd. (now a listed company: Guangzhou Xinlaifu New Materials Co., Ltd.) and became its largest individual shareholder. AIC officially entered the magnetic materials manufacturing business.
2000
Established a Shanghai office, with operations covering the East China region.
1999
A Shenzhen branch was established, and business operations expanded to mainland China.
1996
AIC Magnetics Ltd was established in Hong Kong; leveraging his extensive knowledge of the internet, founder Mr. Sonny Lau successfully introduced high-quality Chinese magnetic materials to the global market. The company experienced rapid growth in its inaugural year and quickly established a firm foothold in the industry.
1980
Millennium Magnetics Ltd. was established in Hong Kong and began manufacturing high-tech magnetic heads; notably, the company supplied the magnetic heads used by the Hong Kong MTR. From the mid-to-late 1980s, Millennium Magnetics ventured into the magnetic materials industry, becoming a pioneer in China's magnetic materials sector.
