2023
AIC (Shenzhen) Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. was renamed AIC (Shenzhen) Magnetics Application Technology Co., Ltd.
2020
All Magnet Ltd operations were merged into Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd., now listed on the A-share market.
2016
AIC (Shenzhen) Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. obtained ISO 14001 certification, strengthening its quality control.
2015
AIC (Shenzhen) Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. obtained TS 16949 certification as the company's capabilities advanced.
2013
As AIC continued to grow rapidly, the industrial magnetics business was spun out to operate independently: AIC Engineering Ltd was incorporated in Hong Kong that year, and AIC (Shenzhen) Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen. The group's transformation was complete.
2012
Established a production unit for magnetic sensors and industrial magnetic assemblies.
2010
AIC obtained ISO 9001 certification, reaching a new level.
2009
The founder of Millennium Magnetics Ltd. retired, and the Millennium Magnetics business merged into AIC Magnetics Ltd.
2003
Magnet Ltd was established, focusing on magnetic products and magnetic adsorption materials.
2003
Scitop Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established, opening the digital printing photo paper factory.
2002
Scitop Ltd was established in Hong Kong to develop the digital printing photo paper business.
2002
Millennium Magnetics opened its United States branch, entering the North American market.
2002
Established the Shanghai branch.
2001
Founder Mr. Liu Lei formally invested in Guangzhou Newlife Magnetoelectricity Co., Ltd. — now the listed Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. — becoming its largest individual shareholder. AIC entered magnetic materials manufacturing.
2000
Opened the Shanghai representative office, covering the East China region.
1999
Opened the Shenzhen branch, extending the business into mainland China.
1996
AIC Magnetics Ltd was founded in Hong Kong. Drawing on his deep knowledge of the internet, founder Mr. Liu Lei brought high-quality Chinese magnetic materials to the global market. The company grew rapidly and established itself within its first year.
1980
Millennium Magnetics Ltd. was founded in Hong Kong, producing high-technology magnetic heads — including those supplied to the Hong Kong MTR. From the late 1980s it moved into magnetic materials, becoming a pioneer of China's magnetic materials industry.
