Ferrite Rubber Magnet
铁氧体橡胶磁体
Ferrite rubber magnets are flexible bonded permanent-magnet sheets produced by blending ferrite (strontium / barium) magnetic powder with rubber or plastic binders and processing additives, then calendering or extruding the mix into anisotropic or isotropic sheets.
The sheets are subsequently cut, stamped, or die-cut into strips, discs, rings, and complex custom shapes. The material is soft, flexible, impact-resistant, and will not shatter; it can be laminated with adhesive, PVC, paper, or printed films and machined without special tooling.
Although its magnetic energy product is lower than that of rare-earth magnets, the low cost, excellent corrosion resistance, stable performance, and processability make it the material of choice for high-volume, cost-sensitive applications such as refrigerator door gaskets, micro-motors, magnetic signage, educational magnets, and holding devices.
Key Features
Flexible & Impact-Resistant
Soft, bendable, and shatter-proof — conforms to curved surfaces and survives bending without cracking.
Any Shape or Size
Easily cut, stamped, or die-cut into strips, discs, rings, and complex custom geometries.
Cost-Effective
Ferrite powder + rubber binder keeps material cost low for high-volume production runs.
Corrosion-Resistant
Excellent chemical and corrosion resistance with stable performance — no coating required.
Surface Lamination
Accepts adhesive, PVC, paper, or printed film laminations for ready-to-use finished parts.
Easy to Magnetize
Supports single-pole, multi-pole, and custom magnetization patterns on request.
