Hall Effect Sensor Disc Magnet

霍尔传感圆片磁铁

Hall-effect sensor disc magnets are bipolar permanent magnets engineered as the magnetic component of position-sensing systems. A Hall IC detects field polarity and strength at the magnet face and converts it into a digital or analog position signal — used for BLDC commutation, rotary encoders, throttle sensors, and proximity detection.

AIC Engineering controls magnetic axis deviation (declination angle) to within ±3° as standard, with automated 100% measurement and binning into 1°, 2°, or 3° angle classes per your specification. Every disc in a lot is individually sorted — not spot-checked — so batch-to-batch angular consistency meets the tight tolerances required for automated sensor assembly.

Customer-defined spray-mark codes enable full lot traceability from magnet production through your assembly line. Discs are supplied in custom tube packaging sized for direct feed into automated production equipment — no repackaging step on your line.

Key Features

±3° Angle Control

Magnetic declination angle held within ±3°; binned to 1°, 2°, or 3° classes per your drawing or sensor IC requirement.

Automated 100% Binning

Every disc is automatically measured and sorted — not sampled — so each angle bin stays accurate across the full lot.

Spray-Mark Traceability

Customer-specified spray codes or identifiers on each disc for batch, lot, and angle-class traceability.

Custom Tube Packaging

Supplied in customer-designed tubes for unified packaging and direct integration with automated assembly lines.

Angle Classification & Supply Options

Magnetic declination angle, marking, and packaging are configured per your sensor assembly process — send your angle bin, traceability format, and tube specification.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our magnets, customisation, ordering and shipping.

What is the magnetic declination angle tolerance of your Hall sensor disc magnets?
+
AIC controls magnetic declination angle within ±3°, with automated 100% binning into 1°, 2°, or 3° classes per customer requirement for high lot-to-lot consistency.
How is angle consistency ensured?
+
Every disc is 100% automatically measured and sorted by declination angle — full automated binning, not sampling — so each magnet's angle class is verified before shipment.
Can Hall sensor magnets be traceably marked and packaged for automation?
+
Yes. Customer-specified spray-mark coding enables traceability, and custom tube packaging feeds directly into automated assembly lines.
