AIC W-series magnetic wheels (FZW models) are cylindrical NdFeB drive and hold-down wheels for ferromagnetic surfaces. Each wheel combines a high-energy permanent magnet with a precision bore and standard keyway groove — bore diameter d is specified per model; fit tolerance class is H7 throughout the series.

The FZW catalogue spans nine models from FZW25 (φ25 mm, 55 N) to FZW160 (φ160 mm, 2940 N). Holding force is rated at room temperature on a 10 mm polished S235JR steel plate (DIN 10 025). All models are rated to 100 °C operating temperature.

The model table lists D, d, W, b, h, force, and weight for each FZW part number. H7 is the bore fit tolerance class and applies to every model — it is not a dimensional value in the table. Specify whether rubber coating is required and whether the counter-surface has a paint or other non-magnetic layer.
